How Does Gore/Obama '08 and Obama/Spitzer '16 Sound?
This is a sort of dream team scenario that would keep me quite happy for the next, oh say, quarter of a century.

Gore-Obama = 8 years
Obama-Sptizer = 8 years
Spitzer-Susie = 8 years

I'm not sure how old Susie is going to be in '24, so maybe Robert Kennedy Jr. will have to do.

I think I could handle that.

1. I'd rather have Gore/Feingold '08 and Feingold/Obama in '16...
But that's just me.

3. In my opinion, Obama's not yet ready for the big chair.
Plus I have a gut feeling that Gore will run - and win.

Call it a hunch.

4. Hey Dr Funk
Well I'd have to say RFK Jr on any ticket would be my first dream. After that though, you've got some good picks up there!

Hope you've been well.

5. Spitzer is my governor
Edited on Mon Jul-16-07 12:14 AM by MiserableFailure
He sucks big horse balls, seriously. It's too bad we don't have Andrew Cuomo as our governor since he plays well with others. All Spitzer has managed to do is piss off the state Senate majority leader(Republican) as well as the Assembly speaker(Democrat). He doesn't care who he pisses off, he just wants to steamroll people. Everyone knows our legislature is dysfunctional but Spitzer is not helping.

PLUS, Spitzer is trying to cut health care to our poorest citizens. he said it's fine because he's putting more money into education. i say, what good is education if you're dead? what's more important, health care or education? hmm? seems like a no brainer to me that health care should be a higher priority.

I'll donate money to anyone who challenges Spitzer in the Democratic primary in 2010. He's not good for New York.

9. GORE OBAMA 2008
I think that Gore is keeping his options open. Hasn't made up his mind yet what he will do.

If you ask me - I think GORE-OBAMA would be the strongest ticket in 2008.

The best thing we can do right now is sign the Live Earth pledge at www.algore.com

Then convince your friends, neighbors, family and co-workers to sign it also.

By getting behind Al's current work, we can make it more likely that he will decide to run.

And even if he doesn't run - we can help him shape the debate leading up to 2008.

Let's all find ways to show our support for Al Gore! :patriot:

Sign the Live Earth Pledge: www.liveearthpledge.org

Then ask all your friends and family to sign it too! :-)

Visit Al's site www.algore.com and read his blog http://blog.algore.com

Sign the petitions at www.algore.org and www.draftgore.com
