One question to all the Cindy people

What are her stances on the issues other than the war and impeachment? What stances on all the other issues qualify her as a progressive candidate, considering that by 2008 impeachment will be a moot point.

and free higher education for all qualified people. These were two points she talked about yesterday in Virginia. The video was posted here in Political Videos.

I'm neutral on the Cindy as Candidate issue, but wished to be helpful.

Did she mention how she's going to pay for universal health care and free education, given that she wants to abolish the income tax?

Or is this simply an opening for an argument?

AND I want to know if her supporters know what they are as well. Everyone on here talks about her being such a big progressive, lets see her bonafides.

And by the way, shooting the messenger as opposed to addressing the message is a nice dodge on the issues.

And that was no dodge. I am NOT a fan of hers by any means. However, if she is a single issue candidate, so what? If she's thinking about running in your Congressional district, I'd think it would be important to you to find out where she stands. If she's not in your district, then you're simply starting an argument; I tend to shoot that kind of messenger.

And I personally have no respect for those who shoot the messenger cause they don't like the message.

I'm pretty sure that we have sent people up to Washington who were not only able to run on singly focused issues, but had the ability to extend beyond those issues using those same abilities. I would say, after all the hubub that has gone one, Cindy Sheehan is able to step up. Or should they continue the mold of what we have in Washington? If we're lucky, we'll HAVE the chance to decide.

But, hey- good luck to us ALL in what will be many directions that require drastic plans of actions as of the 2008 election. It's going to take a full range of what is right for the American people after these clowns are out and hopefully facing international tribunals for crimes against humanity.

Considering the other big one she's running on will be a moot point in 2008? Sounds a lot like pro-life voters who vote against their own economic interests because they don't like abortion.

The principle of consent is the SOLE moral principle on which the Constitution, and therefore the nation, is founded.

As long as the American people are cut out of the loop, our will cannot be done. If a candidate stands for putting us back in the loop, that's enough for me.

I don't usually jump in on questions not addressed to me, but if one of the candidates -- even if it is a Republican -- stands up and demands impeachment to say NO! to war crimes and to defend the Constitution and the principle of consent, I'd be supporting that candidate. Any fascist positions that candidate may hold are unlikely to get far when the American people are reminded that THEY are the REAL sovereigns in the USA.

Impeachment is the BEST thing for any issue you would care to name.

Not to mention that allowing people to be tortured in our name because we'd rather increase the minimum wage (or whatever) is morally repugnant.
