The United States Has To Declare War On The United States.......

then the monies that would be diverted to this war effort could be used to rebuild the United States. Think about it - we need to have a regime change. Depose the current leadership and then begin a massive rebuilding effort to repair the damage created by this administration. The war wouldn't have to last long. The very fact that the U.S. would wage war against the U.S. - would be the
'shock and awe' phase. Then immediately we go and spend $9 billion per month for the rebuilding phase.
