The story here is that foreign policy hawk Zbigniew Brzezinski is now going around with Obama and is advising him on foreign policy. Obama is Brzezinski's guy for 2008. But, AIPAC friend Alan Dershowitz says: “It is a tremendous mistake for Barack Obama to select as a foreign policy adviser the one person in public life who has chosen to support a bigoted book,” said Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz, one of the most visible critics of the Walt and Mearsheimer volume, titled “The Israel Lobby.” (Dershowitz has contributed to the campaign of Obama’s leading rival, Senator Hillary Clinton of New York.)""The Israel Lobby" gives Americans an insight into the pro-Israel influence on our American government. It really bothers Barack Obama and you can bet if Dershowitz is working with Hillary Clinton, it bothers her even more.
I don't think we want another pro-Israel President...but wait, let me rephrase that...I really mean I don't think we want another anti-Palestinian president. That is why we have so many problems in the Middle East. Our American government's anti-Palestinian ways create many rifts in the Middle East.
