Finally saw 'Sicko'

---

Brought home further, for me, what the incentives are of our "for profit" health care in this country.

We have a brutal health care system in the USA that allows bankruptcy, sickness, and death.
Anyone who thinks it is "just fine" obviously refuses to look at what is happening.

3. cowards or traitors to the american people.
We just saw the movie Sicko here at an english cinema in the south of France. The evening performances were sold out for three days. We were amazed. It's good for the rest of the world to know how lousy US health care is. Sicko is just now hitting Europe.

4. Anyone up on how the US govt. is presently hassling M. Moore.
Because of our lack of freedom to travel abroad. / A footnote, Fred Thompson would really do his best to censor Michael Moore. He has made a huge issue out of Moore's film.

2. I'm going to have to see this thing.
Just got to see the part where Moore brings in those sick people from 911 in to Cuba for free treatment. If that part doesn't say anything about our present circumstances in this country, what would?

5. The money side of U.S. Health Care - not affordable for many, punitive,
elitist, trends toward poverty for millions, an abominable terror threat.

The preventive side of U.S. Health Care - controlled by the money makers who can not abide the concept that natural prevention is possible.

The bureaucratic side of U.S. Health Care - a nightmare.
