Why don't they ever ask Republicans
if they've ever thought through the consequences of military action against Iran? These people in the media have hardly even hinted there could be a downside to such a monumental blunder.

1. Because they already know the answer to that question...
Decisive NO

2. I didn't see that last two Repub debates, so I'm not sure they weren't asked that. Were they not?
Did you see the debates?

5. I have watched some Republican debates
and they get the question: If Iran won't back down in trying to get nuclear weapons, would you favor military action? Invariably they get into a contest about who would drop the most bombs on Ahmadinejad and how quickly they would do it.

3. Great point-obvious question to ask!
There is no accountability for POLICY anymore-it is all about the "spin"

4. I though they were going to bomb Iran next summer
to ensure a GOP victory in November.

6. They wouldn't even answer the question. They would start rattling their
flag lapel pins, huff-and-puff about how much they love the troops, and start mumbling about how poorly Mahmoud Ahmadinejad dresses.
