Poll question: So when a Hillary supporter links Obama to the DLC what is the motivation?

For the record I'm not an anti-DLC DUer, but I find it odd that a Hillary supporter tries to link Obama to the DLC. While I know Barack is friendly with the DLC I think of all the candidates in the 2008 race Hillary is the one the DLC wants the most.

Again this is not an anti-DLC post, I do not feel most Democrats (outside of the blogosphere) view a DLC connection as a negative.

So what is the motivation in the above referenced post by a Hillary supporter?

2. Probably because although he is not a member some Obama's policies have a DLC flavor to them
In terms of motivation, I think WW just enjoys Obama supporters falling all overt themselves to praise the guy but if you were to replace Obama's name and stick in that it was a DLC policy paper it would be roundly booed 'round these parts.

3. The point is responding by pointing out it's 'DLC' was meant to distract.
You would be just as offended if someone responded to a Hillary article like the one in the thread. Right?

4. Not really since she is a New Democrat.
How can one be offended by being called what one is?

Its the bitch/whore/shill responses that tend to offend me.
