Here are the facts. This is how they have voted. Do they have the same record? Different? You decide. :)

That's a very thorough analysis, way too much to study right now. Bookmarking for later perusal and digestion.

Thanks for posting this Katz! :hi:

8. That guy deserves credit for taking the time to study their records
Too bad the vast majority of voters aren't like him.

13. I wonder where most of "them" are.
I thought "they" would felt comfortable defending her record against Obama's...

15. It ignores votes where they were absent?
I think that would tend to skew the record in favor of the one who was more absent.

17. Well, it's better to compare both of them when both voted for the same measures
to see what's the difference between them when it comes to positions on certain issues.

21. Stil looking at it, so when there was a divided
Dem Caucus they still agreed 83% of the time and 92% the rest of the time. This is called splitting hairs. If the votes they disagreed on were that important lets take em one at a time and debate it.

25. I guess that's the opinion of the author and the Daily Kos crowd.
Edited on Tue Oct-16-07 11:06 PM by Katzenkavalier
I do agree with their assesment and classification, though. Also, they probably took into consideration how many Republicans voted for a bill- the more Republicans that voted for it, less progressive it has to be, and it makes sense.

29. Congrats to Obama for showing up to vote!
As he claims to be "surprised" by tough votes...
Notic kos doesn't list all the votes Obama made that matched those of Clinton.
Very selective comparision by kos, but we all know his agenda, don't we?
