Can we start a movement to stop the Iran war?

Here's an idea for starters...

Pick a Democratic Presidential candidate, doesn't matter which one. Write or call their campaign headquarters and urge them to hold a joint news conference with other Democratic candidates and sign a letter endorsing the Webb bill to require Congressional approval before attacking Iran. Tell them that your support depends on them speaking vocally everyday and at every rally they hold in support of he Webb bill. Simultaneously, call your senators and representatives and pressure them to support the Webb bill.

If Democrats stand united, we can stop them!

1. The Movement has already begun..

...over at http://ga4.org/campaign/stopiranwar_congress, there is a well-worded form letter to send to Congress. You can also send one to the President at http://ga4.org/campaign/stopiranwar - for all the good that would do. :)

Seriously, it's worth contacting your Representatives about. I don't think public opinion makes a difference in the world to this presidential administration, even though I suspect (and fervently hope for) a huge outcry if the bombs start to fall on Iran.

Oh but it does matter. Naming the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization makes them a legitimate target in the "war on terror" and was a step towards war with Iran.

Hillary is pushing for war with Iran.
