Poll question: Quick! Without looking anything up, answer this poll on Al Gore
Edited on Mon Nov-05-07 07:03 PM by IanDB1
Without looking up anything, how does Al Gore's position on Gay Marriage effect your willingness to vote for him for President, if he were to announce he was running in the Primary.

Again...

Do NOT look ANYTHING up on the internets before answering this poll.

Try not to even look at anything that anyone has responded to this question with.

Just go based upon what happens to already be in your head at this very moment.

1. I do know, I disagree, but I will vote for him just the same...
I think gay marriage should be legal, or better yet, that all couples legally have a "civil union" whether they are gay or straight, and the churches can recognize gay marriages if they want to.

7. If and when he decides to run, I'll want to hear about all
of his positions before I decide whether to vote for him.

Healthcare
Gay marriage
Immigration
Education
Trade

There are a lot of issues that need addressing in our country. I know he wants to act on global warming and he doesn't support the Iraq war
and Bush's power grabs that are unconstitutional. That's all I know.

9. Just a small (?) quibble, but can we stop calling it "gay marriage" please?
A marriage cannot be gay. People are gay. The issue is same-sex marriage, or marriage equality.

10. Point well-taken. Marriage Equality.
No marriages are gay.

They're all miserable.

And they're ALL same-sex, too. It's always the same sex, night after night...
