Poll question: If your state's caucus/primary were held today, who would have your vote?
Edited on Tue Nov-06-07 12:00 AM by josh_edwards07
Note: the candidates are listed in alphabetical order, state if you wish, why you voted for who you did. As a young voter in his first presidential election this year, I'd like to see this beat the 1,000 challenge done earlier. Tell your friends to come share their opinions. Make your voice heard in this unscientiic poll

1. Edwards will stand up to corporations. He already has, as a lawyer suing them.

3. Kucinich! And I'm in California...
I am going to vote for him because he speaks for me, and the things I believe in...

Also, I strongly believe in voting my heart in the primary...

Otherwise, the party elders won't get the message that they need to get...

That the party must change in order to make me and others like me happy...

4. CaliforniaPeggy
I commend you and agree with you, other than the candidate, but I agree with your reasons

5. My dear josh_edwards07...
I thank you...

The reasons are the most important part, IMHO...

I will vote for whoever our candidate is, in November...

8. Washington State caucuses are one of the circles of hell.
I managed to escape the only time I fell into one. Unless something happens between now and the caucuses to change my mind, I don't hate any of the candidates enough to go through that this time around.

13. I'll just add my foreign voice here

and say, in case anyone ever wondered: I don't "vote" in any of these polls. All that would do would be to skew the results, which should reflect how actual voters would vote.

(I trust my foreign colleagues take the same approach. ;) )

20. Kick!
I plan to vote for Dennis Kucinich in the Texas primary. If I lived in a state where the primary was held early enough that my vote could have an influence on the outcome, I'd likely vote more strategically to prevent a candidate whom I wasn't as big of a fan of from getting the nomination over a candidate that I like more. (I hope that sentence actually made sense, but it's getting kind of late and I'm tired!) My favorite of the "top tier" candidates is Edwards, but I have grown to like Biden pretty well, and have a generally favorable view of Obama as well.

23. Obama
He's currently my 1st choice. If someone else, such as Edwards or Biden emerges as a stronger candidate, then I'd consider voting for them.

And if God forbid HRC has sealed the nomination, I'd vote for Kucinich in my Florida primary.
