1. Haven't made a dent?
Clinton's got over double his support. Obama's been leading him since he announced. While the race has had its ups and downs, it's been virtually static for months.

Edwards may be "on the move," but he's not going anywhere just yet.

3. They outspent him by 300% and he is still in the hunt. 300% - day and night, night and day
and no one else has been able to overtake him.

4. Thanks for the post.
If you work for a living, you must support Edwards.

7. Only if you believe
that he's not going to change every single position of his once he gets into office, or even to the general election.

5. "No one else has been able to overtake him". Perhaps because he has outspent them?
He's spent $5M more than Richardson, $8M than Dodd and $10M+ over Biden.

6. Hillary and Obama "overtook" him the day they announced.
Edited on Tue Nov-13-07 05:18 PM by Basileus Basileon
And both have overtaken him in Iowa. They outspent him, yes, but keep in mind he decided to take federal funding. Lack of fundraising ability is not a positive for a candidate. Keep also in mind that he's a one-state candidate at the moment.

As for the others? They don't have nearly the financing he does, and while money alone can't win you a race, you can't get anywhere without it.

2. Now we're posting schizo diaries from diehard supporters?
"Calls for civility are the last refuge of the Establishment."

John Edwards "Let me say this very simply, if you are looking for the candidate that will do the best job of attacking the other Democrats, I’m not your guy.”
