Just getting a sense of who the person would be you would swtich to first if your candidate dropped out of the race after Iowa or New Hampshire.

Although I'm not sure what you mean by one for foreign affairs, one for domestic. Biden has bold domestic initiatives, especially for education, even though everyone touts his fp experience.
