2. No. Every debate but the last, she's been flawless. I personally don't think she'll do good tonight.
Because the media is simply beginning to turn against her, and she's got a lot explaining to do. If she somehow rises above, good for her!!

But I don't think she will...

7. You have to factor in...she NO John Kerry!
Hillary knows how to fight back and not lose her footing. Hillary is a great campaigner, she doesn't ramble.
She gets right to the point and doesn't recant her words the next day!

10. Edwards is Dead Meat!
by ROB CHRISTENSEN
Raleigh News & Observer
Thursday, November 15, 2007

John Edwards, a former senator from North Carolina, often portrays himself as the Democratic presidential candidate who has the best chance of winning some red states, particularly in the South.

But a new poll of voters in five Southern states shows New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton ahead by a decisive margin.

Clinton leads in the region with 45 percent,
compared to 17 percent for Illinois Sen. Barack Obama and 11 percent for Edwards, according to an Elon University Poll released Thursday.

The survey questioned 1,374 residents in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Florida and Georgia on Nov. 4-8 and 12-14. The poll by the Elon University Institute for Politics and Public Policy had a margin of error of plus or minus 2.7 percent.

25. Time will tell..
Edwards has spent 4 yrs politicking in Iowa. His campaign is just about broke. If by some slim chance, he does get the nomination, (which I doubt very much) he doesn't have the resources to beat back the Republican attack campaign ads that will surely follow him, shadowing him until Nov 08' Edwards campaign will be in total blackout all next spring and fall allowing the Republicans so much momentum, Edwards will never be able to undo all that damage with a 2 week ad campaign blitz just before the election. His campaign strategy does not compute favorably for a win.

22. No, she's not John Kerry. Doesn't change she couldn't even face fair criticism.
How will she stand up to unfair criticism and slime if she can't take FAIR criticism from other Democrats?

Bringing up John Kerry just shows you're more into taking jabs, and not into providing substance.

As expected, I suppose....

No steak, all sizzle.

5. Im not a Clinton fan but Im pulling for her tonight
mainly because Obama upsets me so much - but I really think people are underestimating her. She is married to one of the best orators of our time IMO - Im sure Bill has been coaching her and she could very well hit it our of the ball park tonight,

21. The question itself that you ask infers a prejudicial predisposed bias.
I voted NO because it is unfair to say beforehand what a candidate will do in a debate and is a sign that you still cry poor me. If she does poorly it will be her doing and not that of the other candidates, the media, and those here on the DU. This I see as more of the same poor mouthing about how it is everybody's fault but hers.

24. I don't like Hillary
But I think she's an excellent debater and will do very well tonight. Even in the debate she supposedly did poorly, I think she did very well. In fact I think she's the best debater of all the candidates.
