As the case the impeachment becomes more iron clad, DK benefits.

The smoking guns are starting to stink up even the freshest news rooms at CNN and Fox. There is ample public evidence to indict BushCo of war crimes, let alone high crimes and misdemeanors. The more this evidence permeates the M$M, the more it becomes obvious that frog marches wouldn't be out of order, the more steam behind Kucinich's impeachment bill. Did Pelosi allow this to be teed up this way? I don't think so, I just know that only DK has called for their impeachment. Could he win the nom on that basis? I don't know but he deserves to.
