Pimp pimps Paul
Paul gets fundraising help from brothel owner

RENO, Nevada (AP) — It's not exactly your average Republican fundraiser.

A Nevada brothel owner is giving Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul his stamp of approval and plans to start raising money for the Texas congressman. Dennis Hof, owner of the Moonlite BunnyRanch near Carson City, says he'll leave collection boxes outside the door so people can drop in their political contributions.

A spokesman for Paul says the politician with a libertarian streak doesn't condone prostitution on a personal level.

But, he says, "it's not the role of federal government and it's not in the constitution for federal government to regulate these things."

TV host Tucker Carlson, who was trailing Paul for an article, says he's a good friend of Hof and — in his words — "decided to call him up and see if he wanted to come check this guy out."

1. Tucker Carlson probably has a good reason for having "HOF" as a good friend...
He's got five kids, his poor wife is probably of the "Get OFF me, asshole" mindset....

4. Well....
If he doesn't win their nomination, maybe he can take a vacation to the ol' Bunny Ranch for a few days..

Can he write himself an Rx for Viagra?

...er so I've heard. O8)

But of course they're only 99.9% effective.

14. Yes it is
I have an idea for the blimp. Now only if they can harness all the hot air from O'Reilly, Hannity and Rush this blimp would never come down. :)

15. Here's another slant to the story
Don't you just love politics?

http://www.nationalexpositor.com/News/722.html

Tucker Carlson's involvement is acknowledged by AP, though not until the end of the story. The AP story notes that "Hof was accompanied to the Paul news conference by television news personality Tucker Carlson." It then finally quotes Carlson as admitting that "Dennis Hof is a good friend of mine, so when we got to Nevada, I decided to call him up and see if he wanted to come check this guy out." The AP article, though, fails to point out that the Ron Paul campaign was surprised when Carlson emerged from a limousine with Hof and two of Hof’s celebrity prostitutes to attend the news conference. (That part of the story was covered by the Reno Gazette-Journal.)
