I don't think the Ron Paul consideration by Kucinich means he's right wing, just that he's
not serious.

And he's doing it with your money.

3. I think he's serious.
Seriously lost his way.

Even having to think twice about Paul is a sign of disorientation (not to mention poor judgment)

7. Here's what it means
Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul are both concerned that this country is headed in a very WRONG direction. Both would like to see America return to its Constitutional roots.

If you can't agree with that, then there's something wrong with you, not them.

Now having said that, They obviously have completely different concepts of how to solve those problems. Ron Paul's solutions would create as many problems as it would solve. Which is why he won't be on any ticket with Kucinich, despite the wishes of the DLC elements here, who want to make someone appear to be to the right of Hillary.

8. Ron Paul's constitutional roots are pre 1900.
Sorry to keep this going, but Paul wouldn't have a bar of TR's trustbusting.

14. Like I said, Paul's solutions suck ass.
But at least he acknowledges that a problem exists.

That's the discussion that needs to take place in this country. Neither the neocon Republicans or the DLC fake "Democrats" give a flying fuck about the Constitution, evidenced by the fact that they have both wiped their ass with it the last 7 years.

If Ron Paul, despite himself, helps wake up actual conservatives to that reality, more power to him. That's not an endorsement of his ridiculous "Libertarian" platform or of him as a candidate, it's just common sense.

Meanwhile, let's hope the rest of the country hears Dennis and wakes up to the reality of his message. Because Hillary Fucking Clinton is not going to reverse the downward spiral of this country, and that needs to be shouted loud enough to drown out the mediawhores.

9. Constitutional roots. What does that mean?
Like the roots before prohibition?

Or Women's right to vote?

Or Slavery?

Or before a Federal Income tax? (That would make Paul happy).

16. The Record Should Remain Intact Here, Sir
It was a statement by Rep. Kucinich himself. not 'wishes of the DLC elements here' (whatever that peculiar formula may mean), that put this subject into play. Nor does anyone maintain this puts Rep. Kucinich 'to the right of Hillary'. What it does is show that Rep. Kucinich is apparently willing to team himself to the most reactionary political figure in the national government, which sits oddly with most people of left and progressive views.
