Poll question: Hillary vs Obama...Where do you stand?
Time to tally up.

If these are the two,
who do you choose?

3. Hillary
Obama has potential but its not his time. In 2016 Obama will be perhaps the nominee.

9. it means
in my humble opinion it is too soon for Obama to be president, that to go from state legislature to first term senator to president all in a short time is quite a leap.

26. He Knew Enough To Be Against An Insane War
Of course, so did most other Democrats in Congress. Some, however, did vote for war. Should they really be President with that kind of judgment?

34. Sure there are.
Don't give them any money to fund the war. Kucinich got it right, Obama and Clinton both got it wrong. Just don't claim that Obama got it right, when he clearly didn't. Thanks.

41. This is a free country.
He's a natural born U.S. citizen who is over the age of 35. He has every right to run for President.

Your argument is bogus. Just because he's challenging your candidate doesn't mean he should sit in a corner like a child.

And, yes, I support him!

Edited on Mon Dec-03-07 05:21 PM by Zorra
in 2009.

I'll vote for any Dem that is nominated.

But Independent and "Reagan Democrat" type misogynist/racist voters in the US will throw the election to the republicans if either Sen. Clinton or Sen. Obama is nominated.

This country simply will not elect a woman or any "minority" candidate to the Presidency at this time, and nominating either of these candidates will be snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

20. We, as a party and a nation need a change.
A Clinton Restoration is the worst tactical move for us as a party.
This election is about turning the page, and getting on with it.
Obama is the face of change.

Edited on Mon Dec-03-07 06:23 PM by RiverStone
And Edwards beats Clinton with about twice the margin as he beats Obama - but he beat them both. Top that with Kucinich, who beats them ALL! Of course, these are our wonderful non-scientific polls:)

Just between Obama and Hillary ---- Obama. Of course, Hillary is my number LAST choice!

42. I voted for Obama, but it has one big caveat
First, I think it would be a disaster for this country to put another Republican in the White House, or another Clinton.

Second, unlike Hillary, Obama has openly cavorted with the most homophobic elements in the Christian Right. I won't be voting for Obama in the primaries!
