I am in an extremely foul mood tonight
and I just saw some neocon ass-hole on Dan Abrams tonight and he just blew my mind!
This dick was talking about the news that Iran had stopped their nuclear weapons ambitions in 2003. Well, he tries to convince you that this is not what the intelligence estimate said at all. Now remember that the administration had been holding up the release of this report for over a year. I doubt that the report had changed from the time it was submitted a year ago until today. But after the report was released today, this dipshit says that this is not what the report said a year ago, and just because that is what they say today it does not mean that this will be correct a year from today.:wtf:

That, coupled with the knowledge that Wolfowitz is now an adviser to the president on subjects such as wmds is enough for anybody with one brain cell left to say:wtf:

Then I see the son of god, Karl Marx...Rove on my television set saying that it is definitely true that the democrats started the Iraq war. I will never again believe anything that my television tells me. I am far better off listening to the voices in my head. He is right about one thing, he fabricates, I mean creates, his own truth. This arrogant ass-hole would not recognize the truth if it jabbed him in the eyeballs and said "listen motherfucker, you are a fucking idiot that is so arrogant that you probably think that you know more than the real God.

And why is it that every time a news show starts talking about bush they feel that they must start showing video of this SOB? I know what the fuck he looks like and I don't think he looks any better when I have to see his face every fifteen seconds. Stop it! I can't stand to see this SOB as it is. You don't have to force this vision on me.

Speaking about Bush, why do I feel nausea overwhelming my body? What a fucking creep! If Cheney did not have his hand far enough up Bush's ass to make his mouth move, Bush would be a mime.

But don't get me started or I might tell you what I really think.

1. I thought Abrahms did a good job of handing that guy his ass, actually.
He came off looking like a sack of shit.

When it gets real bad, vote....with your remote.

3. Yeah, Dan worked him over pretty good
But WHY do they continue to bring these certifiable deniers of fact on and then try to have a "debate?"

What the f is wrong with like, say, reporting the NEWS? Why have extremists (from both sides) come on to "spin" it far right and far left, and then leave it to the public to decide whether either extremist position has merit? Do the investigative journalism, and then report the facts as best you have been able to deduce them. Don't air lunatics who just make shit up and call it a news program. Somebody came up with that format as a ratings grabber - probably Jerry Springer - and now its all you see.

5. Yeah
what happened to just reporting the facts as they are with no bias to affiliation? Oh, I'm sorry that died a long time ago when pricks like Murdick started buying up everything and installing his "slightly distorted" views into everything.

The main stream media is owned lock, stock and barrel by neocons that have an agenda this diametrically opposed to the rest of humanity. They will stop at nothing to further their goal and we must stop at everything above the law to stop them. That is the difference. They will stop at nothing and we will stop at the line of the rule of law even tho they tout the "rule of law" to further their lawlessness.
I told you I was in a foul mood tonight.

6. It's great tee vee. Some people like that screaming back and forth.
It gets their balls in an uproar, or something.

None of those shows (Hardball,Olbermann, Abrahms, Tucker) are actual NEWS shows. They're commentary programs. If you want the news, go to Jim Lehrer or these here internets!

Putting people out in the field to investigate and prepare news stories is expensive. Ripping info off the wire and gassing about it in a studio, though, is cheap.

10. Lehrer is good
Olbermann is great! Some of the shows on your local PBS channel are also a great source of correct information.

8. Oh, I agree
Abrams did a good job but he didn't go far enough, as none of these people do. My philosophy is that you go for the jugular when it pops out on their neck. I don't believe that the hosts are as knowledgeable as they should be when they interview these people. In other words, they are not doing their job to their fullest extent. They should earn their money and push and probe to the hilt.

We are all feeling the same way. Sometimes you just have to laugh at how incredibly stupid these idiots are. The American people are waking up FINALLY, and most of them don't believe their bullshit anymore. Even people who used to believe them. I truly didn't think *ush was arrogant enough to welcome Wolfowitz back, but then I should have. The creep has no shame.

Edited to correct spelling

I'm sure that somebody is going to be paying the supreme price for this information being let out to the stupid public. This problem is so "complicated" you know.

13. The TV is an instrument which can be used for protest --- think about it !!! Turn it off !!!
In fact, it would be a very peaceful means of protest ---
and probably benefit us all ---

Let's have Democrats all turn their TVs off at a certain time ---

It could be 20 minutes --- it could be an hour ---

If we want to depower corporations and MSM that's one way to do it ---

14. And I turned Olbermann off tonight because of extensive film of BUSH ---
Edited on Mon Dec-03-07 11:17 PM by defendandprotect
Many people aren't paying attention to what negative things may be being said about Bush ---
but they see the photos and think something positive is happening ---

When I see Bush -- I turn it off ---
When Olbermann does this repeatedly, I turn him off ---

16. It seems
that all these stations put up videos of Bush when they talk about him. Do they think we forget what the fuck he looks like? Do they think that we want to see this shitface on tv? Do they think weneed to be reminded of what he looks like?
It drives me fucking crazy when they do this. I cannot stand to look at this bastard and they keep pushing his image in front of my eyes. Just fucking stop it!!!!

18. Actually, I think they know that people turn him off -- but other forces want him ON . . .
I was trying to listen to Rachel Maddow --- who I listen to often in the evenings on Air America --
but the film of Bush was so disgusting I had to move off the station.

Meanwhile, I can also attest to the fact that political awareness contributes to high blood pressure!!!!
