1. Hmmm,
what are you trying to tell us Gateley?

Isn't it funny how the pundits conveniently forget past polls?

Man, it had to suck to be Howard Dean back then.

2. This was a BIG thing --- it was obvious that they turned the tables upside down ---
and when Howard Dean continued on --- they organized a major attack on a flimsy issue ---

and the public lost again ---

And, the right-wing will have to continue winning by hook or by crook --- by criminal activity --
by violence --- and by stealing elections --- because they can't get elected!

7. Actually, the corpmedia KNEW the numbers were changing since November but chose

to OVER-report Dean's numbers while under-reporting Kerry's numbers or the strength of his ground organization in Iowa.

In fact, the corpmedia was telling the public that Kerry's campaign ws dead for months to dry up his national donations. Kerry had to fund the last month of his campaign in Iowa and NH out of pocket.

11. Interesting
May as well assume the numbers are being manipulated now as well.

3. This happens so much lately that I'm beginning to think voters toy
with the pollsters. Also, seems to me that the MOE has increased 50% and sometimes almost 100% over what it use to be. What is THAT telling us?

5. OR...
One could see these 2003 numbers as a warning sign NOT to choose a loser again.

(just playing devil's advocate)

9. The Dean and Clark people were the best organized in NY
Everyone else was a joke. But that didn't matter in the end. Kerry got 44% of the vote IIRC on March 5, 2004.

10. Those in the lead this time are thinking "that couldn't happen again" and those
of us NOT in the lead are hoping it will!

13. But Kerry and Edwards were doing much better in Iowa polls than in this poll.
