Hillary's supporters are growing more and more shrill as desperation grows...

Hilliary's supporters are getting desperate and frustrated. Look at the amount of unsubstatiated charges that are going around concerning other cadidates. More importantly look at all the EXCUSES starting to creep in to explain away the falling star that is Hillary Clinton.

So far today, we've heard Clinton is going to lose Iowa because:

* The MSM hates her!! (never mind that the MSM loved her before it became clear she just wans't running a good campaign)
* Iowa doesn't matter, MI will be her firewall! (never mind that she's the only person on the ballot in MI)
* Iowa doesn't matter because Obama is bringing in students from out of state (never mind these students live in Iowa and legally have the right to vote)

Hillary's fans are also resorting to the GWB fear factor tactic with gems like these:

* Obama is BLACK!!!!! and can't win in November.
* The media is about to take down Obama (never mind he's running a smart campaign)


The deseperation is just reeking on this board today. If the above is the best excuses Hillary and her team can come up with, its going to be a long, long, New Year.

and posting sometimes horrible suff, like her killing cats. They are the ones who are messing their pants. Since Obama's support is mostly from the black population, seems he is sunk. There are enough black people in this country to elect him...CNN posted a nationwide poll, especially from South Carolina and noted that the black population is where Obama's support comes from....

Hillary annoys the living shit out of me. She doesn't seem to react well to Obama's little digs, which is a concern because the crap she's getting now is tame compared to what the repukes will throw at her in the general election campaign. If she gets knocked off her game this easily, is she as "tough" as she'd like us to believe?

Nevertheless, I fully intend to support her in the event she becomes the party's candidate.

Like it or not, Obama's ethnicity is going to make a difference to some people. I guess the question is whether America has moved on enough that the people it will matter to are a small enough number not to matter. I'm a Brit so I couldn't say.

a lot of similar things when Dean and Kerry campaigns had severe setbacks. A little compassion is in order and a little help looking into the group mirror. What does it say about the real strengths and values of the supporters, even more than the candidates? Who really is pulling the negative strings? The Bush tools, the strings, the mouthpieces. Just calm it down.
