Obama takes the lead in NH-Hillary's "firewall"
"In the new poll conducted by the Concord Monitor, Obama surpasses the New York senator by 1 percentage point: 32 percent to 31 percent. Meanwhile, John Edwards comes in a distant third with 15 percent support among likely Democratic voters, while Bill Richardson is fourth with 7 percent."

And it looks like the only place Edwards is even COMPETITIVE is in Iowa, where he's been campaigning for YEARS!

1. NH Allows "independents" to vote in the Dem primary. aka SPOILERS.
Independents trend to the right, always.. they are spoilers. I've met a ton of them who vote for the least viable democratic candidate...

4. NH's independents are strongly for Obama...
and even if Edwards wins Iowa, he probably won't get any further. Especially if Obama comes in a close 2nd. Edwards has very little support in all other states besides Iowa.

3. It will be very interesting to see what happens in Iowa... Since Iowa...
Primary is on Jan 3/08 followed by NH only 5 days later. If Obama wins Iowa, it may very well carry into NH with such a short time between the two Primaries...
