His son has provided him big business opportuneties he got big profits to make first. Once the money dry up and the US treasury is depleted then maybe he will consider the "fence mending" job.

I wish the Bush family would just go away. Thankfully I don't think the newest Bush generation is much of a threat.

implied is his own son's tragic mistakes. Bill just says anything, true or not.
