MyDD: Des Moines Register endorsement had no impact on the Iowa Race
Edited on Wed Dec-19-07 01:26 PM by Bleachers7
"I'll also note that, regarding the endorsement of the Des Moines Register of Clinton, the poll says: 'The endorsement did not have an immediate impact: Her support before and after the endorsement were similar in this poll.'"

I guess it would be somewhere between Oprah and Magic Johnson.

2. Considering the volatility of the polls in Iowa, I have no idea how they could ever be sure.

3. Perhaps we should wait and see how Iowa turns out before we decide.

4. They don't have a clue if it helped or not. I can guarantee it didn't hurt
and it gave Clinton some great material for new ads

All the candidates wanted it badly. Hillary got the prize :applause:

6. I'll say it again - BUT, it also raised expectations
If she can't deliver on caucus night, the endorsement hurt more than helped by raising expectations.
