Hillary vs "Cookie-gate" does this flip flop show her campaign is in trouble?

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Hillary Clinton inched down an icy sidewalk, trying to bond with the
neighbors of Montgomery Street.

She greeted a little girl walking a cocker spaniel. "I will be a good president for dogs, I promise!"
she said, as the puppy jumped all over her slacks. "I love gingerbread houses!" she told a teacher
who said she had been making them with her students that day.

1. It depends what the definition of "cookies" is.
