1. Damn it, wyldwolf -- you always post timely stuff --
-- and now here's another one.

I missed this bit with Maher, but he carries weight with a lot of independents.

I think Shrub might want to start comparing prices on moving companies.

Thanks for this post.

2. Oh, yeah, I remember his holier than thou stance last time.
We're all very proud of his ability to learn from his mistakes.

5. I know I am...
...said he and Michael Moore agree. Won't vote Nader. Bush has got to go.

Hopefully Moore will campaign against Nader this year.

3. When hybrid car drivers call Nader supporters crackpots...
... they have NO HOPE. Maher drives a hybrid.

6. he couldn't see what bush was in 2000?
Maher is and always has been a rather dim bulb. Now I am supposed to care what he thinks?

8. It's so desperate to call an obvious comedic supertalent a "dimbulb"
Maher is not only smart, he's very smart. And unlike a lot of very smart people, he's very funny.

11. Absolutley.....
Anyone who thinks Maher is stupid clearly hasn't been paying attention. I'll take Maher in a match of wits with the poster who said that any day.

21. I love Bill Maher & he's not a dim bulb
If only all voters were as dim as Bill Maher, we would not be stuck with Dubya.

He' also incredibly funny, witty, & sarcastic.

16. I think...
Nader is extremely intelligent and I like what he has to say. What I don't like is that he announces it now. Why not a year ago when everyone else did? What's his motivation? Also, I might be unpopular in saying this, but I think Chris Matthews is a great host, and yes, Bill Maher is very smart and funny.

17. Does anyone have any glue? My earthenware container seems to be cracked
Want to stop Nader? Nominate him at the convention!

Actually, I would have hoped Nader would have run on the Green ticket. As an independent, in 2004, there will be no one left to carry on and take advantage of his residual name recognition.

20. I hope Tim and Susan blow Nader off this year too
Maybe he'll just drop out after he finds no celebrities willing to back him.
