I really dislike the fake "too angry" meme about Edwards
As practically everyone knows, I'm not an Edwards fan, but I hate this desperate attempt to paint him as too angry. Shades of 2004 and Howard Dean. First of all, Dean's disgust with the status quo in 2003-4 was valid, as is Edwards' now. The too angry meme is really just a way of calling someone mentally unstable. Edwards isn't "too angry" anymore than Dean was. This is a potentially powerful and amorphous smear- and it's bullshit.

1. And I dislike the fake "cozy with corporations" meme
that Edwards spreads about Obama. So I guess they're even.

2. As the saying goes, if you're not angry you haven't been paying attention..
Edwards has been paying attention. I would add, he's seems to be paying more attention than Hillary has.

3. well, that's not my point. My point is that this is a time "honored"
smear that's generally used as code to say that a candidate is mentally unstable.

5. Will Accept Edwards As Candidate Easily. His Voice For Change ...
.
is needed at this time. Corporations run the system for their advantages. People need a leader willing to take back all that has been stolen from them.

It is people versus the corporations. Edwards is the only candidate even talking the people's side of the argument.

The angry man type deal is a way of framing in the mass media to con us into avoiding the issues that confront us all. Don't want to rock the boat, do we?

Deal is that the far right declared war on those of us who embrace tolerance- those us us who care about one another and communities.

As if we we started the fire (if I might paraphrase Billy Joel).

In the process, they've also declared war on working people- and used us and our prejudices- fucking 'em, over in the process to shortsightedly pad their pockets.

Sorry about my language...

Deal is- millions of hardworking Americans have been conned- roughshod over really, when all we want- all we expect (and surely are entitled to expect) is what Australians call "A Fair Go."

Seems to me, that's what it's all about- and if one would like to have a bother to read the old stuff, we could find those notions- and the partnership of government (Rousseau's Social Contract and so much more).

Somehwere along the way, Americans who were once so well respected- lost these things.

Perhaps it's time to relearn.

Yep- seems to me:

It's Time.

7. I "love" to watch the regular attempts you make to purchase credibility,
even as you spread a "meme" under the guise of condemnation.

if that's what you think.

seek help. or at least take a look at the front page of GDP.

And what on earth makes you think I'm interested in being "credible" to someone like you?
