Don't these Hillary people ever quit?
On and on they march to the sound of more of the same old politics.

Two third-place finishes in a row should quiet them down a bit.

for those supporting Obama and Edwards if the "Hillary People" would just quietly go away and stop bringing up those damn pesky facts and asking those honest, irritating questions.

Guess it's okay to support your Candidate as long as it's Obama or Edwards.

11. You should pay more attention then
You'll find that supporters of one candidate are dominating the noisemaking.

What you're saying reminds me of all the apathetic voters who claim that "both parties are the same!" We all know how that has worked out for the country.

9. I'm tired of Obama supporters being equated with them too
There are a few Hillary supporters who are very good at dishing out all kinds of dirt but squeal like babies at the slightest criticism. They are the definition of bullies, for bullies are experts at acting like victims when called out. As are Republicans. The Clinton crowd makes so much noise that people who aren't really paying attention to what's going on think that both parties are equally guilty.

40. Not true
Do a comparison between the hostile anti-Obama posts by (a small select group of) Clinton supporters and the reverse. Watch how the detractors come out immediately for a pro-Obama post as compared to a pro-Clinton one. Notice that it's the same people over and over. There are plenty of people who support a particular candidate, or don't support others, including Obama, for various reasons. I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about what appears to be a concerted effort on DU by a handful of posters - and I'm not making any accusations here, I don't know if they are organized for that purpose - to continually and relentlessly trash Barack Obama.

If you want proof, just click on GD or GD-P anytime of the day and look at the threads that are up there. And look at who is posting them.

The Rovian-tactics By The Hillary Supporters Here At DU
are costing her votes every day. It has become obvious to anyone with at least a 3rd grade education what they are doing. They are the Johnny-come-latelys to the board and have set up shop here with a singleness of purpose and mission; to smear Obama and Edwards at every turn. They think we're stupid people around here, it's insulting and is costing them potential future support. We all got along pretty well around here for the past 7-8 years without them and can't wait until they're gone for good.

four years the republican bring out that old record and all it says is tax and spend. Bill CLinton was accused of exactly what you are saying now about HRC. I would tke a chance with HRC's policies then to go with an unknown and the only thing I can judge oabma on is the current president who was an unknown on the national level and the country took a chance with him and look at where we are as a country now. I will gladly cast my vote on November 4, 2008 for Hillary Rodham Clinton, 44th President of the United States.

i don't usually like to ignore anyone but this is extenuating circumstances. it's a much more pleasant, if not always coherent place while i've got hillary shills on ignore.

i thought i was going to have to ignore obamites too, but it turns out they're pretty harmless unless you poke sticks at them.

all i know is it's bad enough up in here that it's got even my dander up and i'm usually about as nonconfrontational and meek about my opinions as a person can be and still have a detectable spine.

48. Oh, are Bommie's little babies whining again?
Is that what this thread topic is all about? In that case, somebody should interject some truth in here before we all start floating away on the tears.

After Hillary and her supporters took months of the most despicable, venal filth from deeply ugly DU partisans - like what a "disgusting", "two-faced", "lying" "weasel" and a "cold-hearted", "murderous", "low-class bitch" Hillary is. A "warmongering", "bloodstained harpie" with an "edgy bitch tone". And of course the ever present standard on DU: "evil" "bitch". Those were mostly from about one hour of casual reading in late November, when their rancor was at a crescendo. (When wasn't it?)

Look for anything like that from the Hillary camp, let alone thousands of posts like that non-stop hour after hour for months on end.

What? Coming up empty? That's because the reverse was basically limited to Hillary supporters calling Barack "inexperienced" which is characterized as "vitriolic hate" against Obama from "vicious attackers". Sure, I can see that.

That, in November, was when some of us decided to fight back, and what did I say at that very moment? That the biggest bullies are always the biggest babies and that Obama's supporters would soon be he biggest crybaby whiners on the board just having to deal with 1/1000th of what they continually dish out.

And so it came to be, exactly as expected.

So go pretend you're the little sweethearts that just want honest political discussion, set upon by mean partisans. Nothing on DU could be farther from the truth. And though the crescendo of Hillary hatred moderated almost immediately after we started to hit back, keep in mind that we still haven't gotten anywhere near as nasty as we've received. Some of us are foregoing that in the expectation that Obama will soon be a sad memory.

And don't worry, I'm sure you'll be able to hang on to your Hillary hate throughout the primaries and even into the general election, much like Gore-haters and Kerry-haters did. Hell, even into and throughout her Presidency, much like many Bill-haters have.

But do stop whining that you're the victims in any of this. That's the exact opposite of how you've behaved.
