1. To be fair, that's a national poll, but still cool. Since Jan 3
He's jumped 6 points.

4. Atleast there is some good news even if it is fairly
useless.

So this matters.

23. I don't know anyone who supports her, either
Almost everyone I know supports Obama, with a few for Edwards (myself included), and a lot of Ron Paulies, one or two Huckabee fans.

late 20s/early 30s educated professionals, ethnically and religiously diverse

that's what I'm seeing

The debates are going to be re-broadcast tonight on CNN.

6. I find this poll hard to believe
Maybe I'm showing my bias here, but it seems like Hillary's outburst last night would have cost her more than two points to Edwards. Obama gets practically no bump from winning Iowa?

7. Rasmussen Generally Turns Me Off... But If They Want To Show Edwards
surging, at LEAST he's getting his name out there, and it shows the PUBLIC that's he's really in the race!

I'm in SUCH a BAD MOOD this morning I'm afraid if ANYONE says anything negative to me about ANYTHING, I'm going to resort to physical violence!! And it doesn't have to be political! I need to give my dog a bath, and I love her with all my heart... but if she were to act up I'm afraid I might be too rough! And I have NEVER harmed her in anyway. I DO NOT believe in hitting animals to train them. They are easy enough to train without getting physical!

So, Shawnee... no bath today!

Edited on Sun Jan-06-08 01:45 PM by sojourner
DU'er symbolman is getting organized to help us BE the media for Edwards and to stream viral video all over the internet "tubes" - :P anyone interested can help out. Check this thread:

help you do the very very correct thing. This man is getting the SHAFT and I'm sick of it. It's all I've been posting about this morning because I'm in such a BAD MOOD because it's STILL Clinton/Obama!

I'm so worn out from hearing about them and seeing the REAL candidate shoved aside!

PLEASE count me in, and let me know what can be done.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

29. Still, I Don't Know Specifics... I Suppose I've Been Waiting & Waiting
for so long I want something done yesterday... still thank you so much for directing me back to the thread!

We don't have a lot of time because as I see it, unless Edwards comes in at least 2nd he's going to looked upon as a loser. On the other hand, IF Clinton is the odd many out, Mo-Jo for Edwards will be something that CAN'T be ignored. How we get the "attention" that Edwards needs RIGHT NOW is paramount!!

18. I think these new national numbers for Edwards are interesting.
I haven't seen him above the teens since I've been looking at Rasmussen these last few of months.
He has risen steadily since Iowa from the teens to twenty yesterday and now 23%.

20. It seems Hillary's support is going to Edwards.
If Edwards can pull out a second place finish in NH, we could see even more support transfer from Hill to Ed. I can't see it giving him wins unless Obama trips though.

21. Second place would be fabulous.
But if not, he is in this for the long haul. It may be a slower trend for people to continue to awaken to his message nationally considering the negative to zero media coverage he gets.

26. He says he's in it for the long haul, but...
... we know that his campaign doesn't have the money to take them through the long haul.

So I'm just posting a reminder:
All Edwards supporters... please go to his web site and contribute as much and as often as you can.
