Some of my best friends are professors, but they have been my barometer of what not to do.
Like whenever my prof friends begin to get excited about the stock market, I know the top is near or a rally has about run its course and when they buy I sold. Also when they panic sell I began to buy. Thank you professor.

Also when I wanted to know both sides of an issue, without anyone pushing an agenda, I knew where to go.

The world needs both but also relying on a researcher for an executive decision leads to stagnation, as happened with J Carter. Relying on an decision maker to be informed leads to chaos, as happened with Ronny R and Bushco.

That is my worry about Obama and his seeking out opposition input, is he just avoiding a decision or seeking more info when a decision is required?

1. Those "Present" votes should tell you.
We have ugly, difficult decisions ahead. Can this man make them?

4. This "present vote" distortion is getting really tiresome.
Wash. Post's Solomon ignored Planned Parenthood support for Obama's abortion votes

How about not making snap judgements about a local legislative situation you obviously have no clue about?

5. You have been shown time and time again...
... that this was a strategy devised by Planned Parenthood, who convinced Obama that this was the way to ensure that abortion remained legal. And I've done it here again, but you won't read it because by now you're off in another thread yelling "present!".

What exactly do you want to accomplish here?

3. The "Present" votes were what Illinois Planned Parenthood asked him to do!
And yes, after 2004 I thought I was done supporting legislators and not executives for President, because I've got more confidence in executive experience. However, the decades of executive experience that are accounted for in the Bush administration have managed to fuck things up beyond what a little lack of executive experience might have, so it kind of rendered that point moot.
