Clinton Question
Can anyboy answer this question for me?

How would Clinton's health care plan provide a person with health insurance if they can't benefit from the tax credits because they don't earn enough money to even file taxes?

Anybody? Surely someone knows this!

7. Obama has used the word "subsidy" and the O Plan has a cost of subsidy but details are
not known - but then Hillary's caps as a percentage of income are also costed into her plan cost - but not known in detail. And Edwards has the largest cost plan, which implies the largest subsidy.

6. oh no I'm not
I'm in healthcare and I know the difference. Both of LBJ's follow-ups -- Medicare and Medicaid-- to the New Deal are being undermined.
