3. John Kerry's been a hero as long as I've been paying attention
and for quite some time before that, as I've learned. Pretty much continuously, I'd say, at least compared to most other people on this planet.

Somehow, it seems that either Obama doesn't really want change, or else he's climbing into the wrong bed...he should know better.

8. Kerry has been trying to change things for his entire career, and sometimes succeeding
Obviously he thinks that as President, Barack Obama will be able to make the kind of changes happen that Kerry wants to see.
