Eleanor Clift on the McLaughlin Group--BLATANTLY dissed Edwards by
calling him a "SIDESHOW." I nearly hit the roof! She was dismissive last week ("not enough resources") but this week went over the top!
She mused about how the race would be if John wasn't messing it up for Obama (splitting the anti-Hillary vote).

Then, Clarence (I forget his name) discussed how Hillary and Obama were basically the same. He didn't mention HOW ...BUT he didn't offer any comments on how Edwards' message was different or being picked up by the other two.

How blatant can you get? Another example of how when JE is mentioned, it is in a negative manner....or, there is no mention at all when you would think it would be a natural place for a comment?

We really are being systematically DENIED THE RIGHT to hear about all the candidates by the corporate media....Aren't you angry? I AM!@

1. Who are these people? He has as much right to run for President as the others.

4. 18 delegates for Edwards compared to only 24 for Hillary thus far
is not a sideshow. Besides, Edwards is getting his message out there. And you never can tell what will happen in a race involving three powerful opponents.

10. Why are sticking with those numbers. Hillary 138, Obama 78, Edwards 52.

11. I interpolated 183 and 138. A little dyslexic there I think.

Sorry. I do that on occasion. It's partly because I am a fast typist. The 8 and the 3 are both typed with the middle finger. I type the left before the right or vice versa a lot.

5. Eleanor Clift - media whore
And the only woman whose shouting voice grates on my nerves more than Hillary's. Problem is that Eleanor is ALWAYS shouting. She has to in order to be heard over Buchanan, McLaughlin, and that Moonie gasbag Tony Blankley.

Between this and Larry O'Donnell's Edwards bash though, I think I'll be skipping the McLaughlin Group for a while.

14. Yeah, Blankley is a gasbag, isn't he?
I loved this one time on the show when he claimed that Republicans don't wrap themselves in the flag... yeah, right!

Nice to see he hasn't been around lately...

9. She's a political analyst. Name a political analyst that doesn't see this
as a 2 person race. Edwards won't win in South Carolina,
why do you think he didn't run for reelection?

13. Lieberman won reelection to the Senate running as VP
Edwards knew the numbers weren't there for him.

16. I agree they see it as a two person race...
... but I don't think they do much of a service to democracy when they do that. And I agree, I wish Edwards had run for reelection in North Carolina.

and MSNBC for Chris Matthews sexist remarks about Hillary. Write and complain. We are the consumers; tell them you will never watch their charade again. Keith is currently the only news show I watch except for Now and Bill Moyers when I am home on Friday nights.
