There's a lot to wade through in that thread. May I ask, who exactly are you offering your apologies to, and what specifically are you offering that apology for?

They were over the top (at least for me) and I feel like crap for letting them goad me into losing my temper and saying things like that.

I'd have to read the whole thing to see how they got under your goat, though. I read who posted the thread, and what the topic was and was like, 'typical'. I stopped there.

Again, as I stated in the deleted message, I wonder if those doing this are even gay, if they really give a damn about gay and lesbian concerns. It's like watching white supremacists pretend to be black on predominantly black sites; or watching non-whites, whites and jews pretend to be white supremacists on predominantly white nationalist sites. That same kind of over the top feeling.

I can only say that, from my point of view at least, you're gonna have to get a lot nastier than that to convince me that any apology at all is necessary or warranted. Everything considered, it sounded pretty tame to me. I kept reading through it and waiting for the good stuff! ;-)
