Randi is just now reporting (5:54 pm Eastern) that the NBC court hearing will
probably take another hour or so.

She earlier reported that Dennis was IN, but then said that report was incorrect.

3. Are they trying to make it take long....
so it is too late for him to be there when it starts. Why can't they just let him debate.

5. Well, it's official
We are witnessing the death of a democratic nation. The corporations, the media, and the SCOTUS have the power to not only decide who our candidates will be, but who our president will be as well. I never thought the US would come to this.

6. Wouldn't it be great
if our candidates boycotted the debate on the grounds that DK is being unfairly excluded. I'm not holding my breath, but I can dream.

14. Gasbag Tucker Carlson
Just had a report on it from some doofus who said he didn't expect Kucinich to be included but you never knew. He thought it was a diservice to the American people who needed to hear the viable candidates go head to head.

Tucker even said that if courts were going to decide what went on television he(Tucker) wanted a better timeslot.

They argued that if Kucinich was allowed in, who would be next. Should Alan Keyes be allowed in his debates?

They clearly want to control the selections and debate and issues and exclude any voices that don't match the script.

If Hillary got no television time, wasn't included in any debates, was belittled and dismissed by them at every turn--I wonder what her poll numbers would look like.

It's sort of a feedback loop that they control. Dismiss and make him invisible, and then exclude him because his poll numbers are low. Make him as invisible as possible, and argue that no one regards him as a serious candidate.

Lou Dobbs kept repeating that Hillary was the only one on the ballet in Michigan and then bemoans the fact that no candidates are talking about real issues of concern to the middle class Americans. They are all guilty.

Right now the only thing Tucker is concerned about is the race issue between Obama and Hillary's people.

Yawn.
