7. She makes comparisons; I thought they were good, thoughtful.
I wish I could share more but I don't want to misquote what she said.

11. "It would look like Godzilla & Bambi at this point." LOL

Her response to Pat B, who claimed a Repub candidate would tear Obmama apart. Rachel asked, which one of the repub candidates would "tear Obama apart?" "It would look like Godzilla & Bambi at this point." (And Obama would not be Bambi.)

12. Rachel and Pat seem to have great fun debating...
As crazy as Pat is, he does have a firm grasp on history.

15. Just watched that segment
Rachel rocks... clearly the smartest person on the panel, and it's a tie between her and KO.

But,

Buchanan started saying that "people want someone from outside Washington", blah, blah, blah... and then he wrapped up that thought by remembering that Hillary is his candidate for Dems, and started saying how she would be the one that knows how things work in Washington.

Somebody need to put that whole segment up so I can see it again (damn, my Tivo is in storage right now).

Anyway, for me it was a WTF? Hillary is the consummate Washington insider, having been there for 15 years now. Edwards and Obama are relative newcomers... so if the Dems want someone from outside Washington they should choose the steady hand of Hillary???

Rachael ran circles around them... they are going to have to find a much smarter repuke to debate her.

Oh, and another thing, I didn't get to watch the debate... but in one of their post debate segments they played a cut of Hillary telling Obama that "Barack, John McCain just said that we might need to stay in Iraq for 100 years". Does anyone remember that? It was very condescending... like Obama wouldn't know that McCain said this (hell, all the political junkies HERE know it... within minutes the video was posted here on DU... and Barack is a Senator and candidate for President, you think he wouldn't know about this? I thought it was hugely insulting.

18. I thought Hillary acted condescending to both Obama and Edwards
It was her body language, her literal tone, the words she chose, and the way she corrected them, not as if she was simply disagreeing with something one of them said, it was as if you are wrong, I am correct and this is why. If was as if Obama and Edwards were some sort of lowly lieutenants, there to support her. And the "I am inevitable" aura once again hovered in the air, over her head.
