Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Count the number of threads based on an already debunked voter intimidation claim which was made by overzealous Hillarites.

Count the number of times Bill Clinton defends a lawsuit that amounts to Voter Suppression.

Count the number of times the Culinary Union is attacked as as enforcers or even Mafiaso.

Count the number of times the whole Caucus system is degraded and blamed.

Add these up and what do you get?

Hillary's DesperatioNation!

They are running scared in Nevada.
Look out for the big Fireworks later today when their sham lawsuit is thrown out.

The DNC is defending the Caucus Sites.
Parties are allowed to set their own rules for Caucuses or Primaries.
This lawsuit will be thrown out just like Bill Nelson's was in Florida.

4. Iowa style caucus is anti Democratic
in that there are no secret ballots.

This may work for a rural farming community in Iowa where everyone knows everyone else and where there are no bosses to intimidate lower level employees, where each is his/her own "boss" - the farmer plus the doctor, the teachers and the general store.

But not in Las Vegas where many are new citizens who attained their citizenship through the union.

9. Now that the Culinary Workers have endorsed Obama, right....
But when there was still a chance they would endorse Hillary it was perfectly fine.

Reportedly, the plans for that caucus were passed in March of 2007. The plans were posted online. And yet, we're to believe that the plaintiffs of this lawsuit (4 of which were involved in passing the plans) didn't realize until just now that the caucus plans were unfair? Um, no.

Timing may sink lawsuit aimed at Strip Voting

10. You seem to operate under the delusion that supporters on DU = the respective campaign.
Which is quite funny.

12. Most of the things I mentioned were done by Bill Clinton, himself
He's the one defending the lawsuit.

He attacked the Caucus system in general.

He attacked the role Unions play in Nevada Politics.

He's pissed off now because he is being associated with Voter Suppression in the Media.

Deal with it, Bill. When you try to stop people from voting, that's what you get.

13. Um the caucus system is undemocratic and disenfranchises a great deal of voters.
Edited on Thu Jan-17-08 01:48 PM by rinsd
So 2 of your 4 bullet points could be pointed at the campaign. The rest are about DU especially the 1st one.

On edit: And you even point to a DUer's post as Exhibit A in your post # 8 so you claims this was aimed at the campaign don't look so honest.

More of your overwhelming Political Genius on display, I take it.

Why don't you start making my posts for me? I hate typing.

11. GOP tactics used within the Democratic Party.
I am ashamed to call myself a Democrat today. This sh*t spear-headed and defended by Bill Clinton is placing the Democratic Party en masse in a very unflattering and unfavorable light. At what cost does another Clinton presidency come? It will come at the cost of the very soul of the Democratic Party.
