2. It would take a lot more than that to make me like her less than I already do.
Go Edwards!
Go Obama!

3. unless she talked about how great he was
to an audience who had been directly -- and unfortunately -- affected by Ronnie and his repugs, this is just another tired poll by someone with A LOT of time on his/her/it's hands.

12. yes, and Obama gushes about him to a largely Dem crowd.
Listing him as one of several on a list -- how many were there? 8, 9, maybe 10? -- and talking candidly and glowingly about him are two separate things. I mean, I like asparagus and might even list it as a favorite food, but I'm not about to tell people about how damn good it was back in the 80s, you know?

6. There is so little daylight between Obama & Clinton, I don't see why their supporters fight so much.
Edited on Fri Jan-18-08 07:26 PM by IanDB1
If Obama and Clinton supporters want to fight with other Democrats, then fight with those who support Kucinich, Edwards or Gravel. At least there are real differences to argue about.

I can't believe there is so much vitriol over the hair-splitting differences between the two DLC candidates.

For the most part, the two are politically interchangeable.

You Clinton and Obama supporters are not invited to my round-table discussion on who was a better Star Fleet Captain, Benjamin Sisko or Catherine Janeway.

Both of whom would be MUCH better Presidents than Obama, Clinton, Kucinich or Edwards.

And not just because they're from The Future.

9. It doesn't surprise me that she liked Reagan .. it reinforces
my conviction that I couldn't support her. Republican lite.

10. Pfff, what a dumbass non-issue
I'm not supporting Clinton right now, but I think it's idiotic to suggest her policies would be Reaganesque. It's clear she was talking about Reagan's style and optimism.

13. Strange poll. I doubt that anyone actually changed their minds based on that single issue.
It would have meant more if you asked Clinton supporters if they care, and I think you'd find they don't.
