12. What's interesting is that he has the endorsement of 80+ elected officials in SC...
yet we NEVER hear about that. Obama, Hillary, Obama, Hillary...

The MSM made it easy for both of them.

4. Edwards is still in the race.
I'm walking my precinct for him. Check out the details of his program, and you will see that he is by far the best candidate. He is the man to go to for ideas. He is creative. He is the only person who can bring the country together and guide us as we solve our problems.

20. But you win when you do what is right and not what
everyone else is doing unless they are doing the right thing. Edwards is the best man for our country.

21. I agree 100%
Edwards is the best person for our country, and those who want to ride the "first" train could be sorry come the general, and the republicans win it! That's what scares me more than anything else. We have the right person to win, and to take back this country, it would be a shame to see the dems lose the whitehouse again.

I am worried that Clinton will bring out every republican in the country to vote against her if she is the nominee, and I really think this Rezo thing with Obama is bad news.

22. Edwards needs to stay in.
He is the leader in terms of identifying the important issues and proposing the best solutions to them.

Obama was my second choice until I read what he said about Reagan and "excesses of the '60s and '70s." No authentic progressive would say what Obama said. I do not trust him. And don't talk to me about his community organizing. That was his job -- he was paid to do it as are most people who work for non-profits. Each of our candidates has made a meaningful contribution. I personally value Edwards' contribution to our society very highly. It involved taking risks, devising effective strategies and fighting for people. John Edwards really cares about people.

John Edwards was helping workers at the Maytag Plant in Newton, Iowa whose jobs were outsourced back when Hillary and Obama were voting for more trade agreements that will inevitably lead to more job losses in the U.S. Edwards is the best of our candidates on economic issues. He was endorsed by Friends of the Earth because his environmental plan is the best. He was the first to propose a health care plan, and his plan provides that every American will be insured. Obama's plan leaves 15 million Americans uninsured.

As you can see, I know the issues well and can compare the candidates on just about every issue. I am 100% for Edwards. I am 100% disappointed in Obama. There is just no excuse for his ignorance of the history of the recent decades. I do not believe that he is really a progressive. He could not have said what he did if he were.

5. If he plans to stay in, he really needs to broaden his message...
Very few people in the U.S. relate to mill workers ~ he needs to change up his language to speak to everyone, including those who are not poor. (imo anyway)

23. I am finding that the voters in my area of L.A. like Edwards.
I'm trying to compensate for the lack of press coverage by walking my precinct and talking one-on-one to voters.

10. Well his vote did just collapsed.

The voters just more or less decided they wanted it between Clinton and Obama.

4% is pretty poor really for a major candidate.

There is still a good block of states where he can win delegates.

I think he is the new Nader, but after raising so much money yesterday I think he is in it until the convention.

15. Home.
After getting demolished in NV and likely heading into a solid butt-whooping in SC, he'll have zero positive momentum going into SuperTuesday.

He should drop out after SC and retain some dignity. Otherwise it'll be clear he's in it for his own ego.

(Oh, and he'll get completely annihilated on SuperTuesday. "Kingmaker" he is not.)
