i think all the candidates had good and bad moments, but Edwards IMHO shined VERY bright last night.

Hillary was tough as nails...and yes even i was impressed, this is probably the first nice thing ive said about her campaign...

Obama showed to me last night that he can dish it out AND he can take it, Obama was getting incoming on both sides but still managed to keep his grace and dignity while counter-punching back.

Obama needs to shorten and tighten up some of his responses, a couple meandered for a bit too long (john kerry effect)

but it was Edwards who had the best lines, ideas and last night he really showed his debating skills...i believe he is the BEST debater out of the three...Obama might be a more effective speaker (and not by much), but Edwards really connected again with me last night...

GO JOHNNY GO!

1. There were three presidents on the tube last night. I prefer The Carolinian
but the Repukes better head for the hills, 'cuz we've got the team.

4. If you project ahead and picture him meeting with his cabinet - or even small groups,

I think the analysis sessions could be brilliant. Can good decisions come from brilliant analysis - I think so.

There is a strong message here - Clinton and Obama are playing the 'I' game of typical candidates.
Edwards seems to be playing the 'you' game - meaning 'me' and 'us'.
It's smarter.
