Come On Baby, And Do The Limbo, the Mashed Potat...where's Quayle when I need him?

Spell checkers are so overrated, but...what has this got to do ith the '08 election? about the same as most of the stuff here. It is hard to sift through the ...

any tips on how to navigate this site and keep threads I'm interested in handy? I have a few bookmarked. are there any clues out there on how to make it easier to navigate around here?

Make the "Greatest Threads" page your starting point. That's the page I've bookmarked in my favorites menu.

Or come in through the "Latest Discussion Threads" page.

Near the top of either of these pages you should see a list of individual forums (General Discussion, Political Videos, The DU Lounge, etc.) which can be customized to your preferences (using the "Options" link, a little higher on the page).
