I apologize for a recent locked post
Edited on Tue Jan-22-08 09:23 PM by Proud2BAmurkin
I view GDP as the cigar smoke filled back room of DU where everything is fought out with bare knuckles before we all go out after the primaries unified behind THE DEMOCRAT.

At the same time I doubt anyone here likes posting stories that might not be true, even if the truth of them isn't the main concern as far as how they should be handled or not handled by the candidates.

The main concern to me is the effect of the stories on our eventual nominee's chances for victory.

All these candidates volunteered to have their entire lives exposed when they signed up and what's at stake for voters is more important than what's at stake for them personally. They'll all be fine and end up in cushy jobs. I ain't crying for them Argentina even if I hate PUKES who would spread false rumors.

Therefore, while I think all allegations that have a serious chance of surfacing in the MSM when it's too late (after we nominate) should be vetted and discussed, I apologize for mentioning any of those allegations if they are false.

7. I have no problems with P2BA, they don't dish out anything very different from people supporting...
...the other person in the race.

The only people who aren't insane around these parts are the Edwards supporters.

4. Bit off a bit more than you could chew that time, eh?
You'll be back to demonstrating your "concern" for Obama's campaign shortly, I assume.

How about viewing GD:P as a place where people respectfully discuss politics instead of a bare-knuckled fight?
