Edwards and the Media Darlings
It's pretty clear that Edwards has taken Kucinich's place, you know, the neglected by the media, and the guy who gets hardly any questions in the debates.

I spend a lot of time here, and on other boards trying to point out what a lot of you know, how much the mainstream television, radio, and newspaper media, brainwashes us all. I talk about how even school is not really liberal, but actually quite conservative. Of course that would never stop any right-winger from calling them all liberal, as they understand the politics is fluid, and that repetition is the key to brainwashing.

With all of this, I know Republicans are pretty brainwashed. But seeing how voters (assuming not a rise of the (Diebold) machines)are going with the media darlings Hillary and Obama, and excluding the real democrat who is keying on the influence of money and corporations, Edwards, I can't help but wonder if Democrats really do understand.

Big media, all of it, is not our friend. If they push Hillary and Obama, it is exactly because they either think they are easier to beat, or that they will not upset the corporate structure. Let us try to separate ourselves from them, and move toward real democrats in the mold of FDR. Here we are, as in 1928, on the brink of a possible depression. All the signs are there. We need a real democrat, and not just a poser who will go along with all the corporations. They didn't understand this in 1928, and had to put up with 4 years of a stark life because they put Hoover in. Let us not allow this to happen.

Vote for Edwards, please.

2. So many are going along with the media, and not really taking the time to look
closely at how things really are.

Everyone knows about Hillary, she's been around a long time, and she could have done more to make things better, but she hasn't.

And I think Barack's mob connections are going to ultimately be his undoing.

Edwards is clearly the best choice. There's just no question about it.

3. I don't know about any mob connections
But I'm not getting this inspired feeling from him that they are talking about on the media. I hear MLK talk, I hear intensity of feeling. When I listen to Obama I hear an over-emphasis on choosing words, and trying to say exactly the right thing. When I hear Kucinich talk, I just hear him saying the truth, as he knows it. You can't buy the ability to feel, and figure out how people are. You have to open your feelings; unfortunately, most of us have shut down our feelings, as it is so hard in this world if you feel too deeply.
