What I think Obama's theme should be after he wins SC: Electability
Edwards and Obama brought up great points during the last Dem debate about expanding the Democratic Party (to coincide with Howard Dean's 50 state strategy). It is time for the Democratic party to gain a larger working majority.

And there is no doubt that Obama (and I would say Edwards also) can make that happen with their strength among Independent voters. Obama has been dominating Hillary among Independent voters thus far. And it is common logic that to win an General Election, the Dem nominee has to pick up a substantial amount of Independent voters (especially if McCain is the nominee). Hillary is too polarizing to win over Independent and Republicans. She is even polarizing within the Dem. party; just imagine how much worse it will be in a General Election.

So I believe that in the final week and half before Super Tuesday, this should be the Barack Obama strategy to win.

1. He also needs to take out a SuperBowl ad to tell everyone he's not Muslim.
As pathetic as that is.

2. That whole thing truly sucks. If as many people watched the debate...
as they say, hopefully that lie will finally be put to rest soon.

I normally am a little turned off when candidates volunteer any religious information in a debate format, but he pretty much had to...I totally got that...and he did it well.

3. You're premature. I don't think electability can be seriously judged until at least Super Tuesday.

4. You can't claim electability when the majority of your vote
all comes from the same Demographic.
