Hillary and Bill are toxic among African-Americans right now
I've been telling DU for weeks that there's a ground swell of anger towards the Clinton. But even I didn't think 80% would vote against her. It was higher than even I thought. I don't know how the Clintons plan to rectify this grave situation, but if she's the nominee, I don't know how in the hell she expect to win the GE with so many black people disliking both her and Bill.

If some Clinton supporter can tell me how she can carry PA, NJ, OH, IL, and MI without large African-American support in the large urban areas, then by all means, tell me? There's no way she can win the GE, even if she were the nominee.

13. Wrong the media fabricated and kept the story going in
an effort to hurt Clinton and keep this primary a major new event. The media should be covering the news not making the news.

14. SC small sampling, after a couple of weeks of blown up bullshit. That was pushed into
an echo chamber due to the fact that SC had a high percentage of black voters.

One thing is for sure.

Black folk are gonna wake up and realise they have been used by white liberals...on both sides. And when they do wake up there will be hell to pay.

CNN got a piece of it with their story on Black women voters. There was a backlash to one of their stories that sprung up because the black women felt they were being used to make a simplistic point.

That is going to bubble out a little later and the black community is going to be pissed at white liberals who didn't give a rats ass about how they were going to vote until a black man got into the race whom they happened to like. Whom they felt was acceptable, or had the appeal of a black man who they thought they could get behind.

When that shit hits. It's gonna be real. REAL.

4. Amazing how you sterotype all black people as being the same as black people in SC, politically
Just like all white people aren't the same in NY as they are in Texas, black people are plenty smart enough to have their own identities on a state by state basis, too.

15. How will OBama win without whites is the better question?
Even Cheney could beat Obama and they'll run a more evil candidate than they have now to prove it.

18. I've been trying to tell people about the grassroots anger toward her among WHITE FEMALE voters here
in Tennessee and no one wants to recognize that, either. They do so at their own peril, as shown by SC tonight.

19. I do understand
what the OP is saying. After the SC primary it's pretty obvious that the African Americans in the U.S. don't like the Clintons and consider them racists since Barack got 80% of the AA vote. I just don't see how Hillary could win the GE because the AA's wont vote for her. In a GE Hillary might get way over 50% of the white female and much of the white male, but, without any of the AA vote, they wont show up to vote, she can't defeat McCain.
