How are Hillary and Edwards going to bring about change?
Is it because Hillary is more of an expert on everything?

Is it because Edwards will fight with every ounce of his being?

Apparently we need to have a concrete plan given in soundbites and quick speeches. So I assume all Hillary and Edwards supporters could quickly explain this for me.

1. Re: Edwards > With "Second Chance Schools" for one thing, for those who don't

succeed the first time, so they can come back later whenever they're ready to complete their educations so they have a chance of getting out of poverty.

If you're really interested in any of the rest of his plan, there is a booklet here: http://www.johnedwards.com/issues/

4. Nobody knows how Edwards is going to bring about change
Edwards talks about change all the time, it's the theme of his campaign, but what has he ever done to make people's lives better? Where are his policies?

10. Edwards was the first with a health care plan that provides
affordable health care to all Americans. He was the first with an economic recovery plan (Dec. 22, 2008) for the present crisis. He was the first with an environmental plan to make America independent in terms of energy and to revive a sinking economy. Edwards was the first to promise to get our troops out of Iraq within his first year in office. Edwards has driven the candidates toward liberal agendas throughout this campaign. Edwards will enforce and, where necessary, renegotiate trade agreements so as to secure American jobs. Edwards will abide by and enforce the Constitution, reinstate habeas corpus, end the illegal surveillance, close Guantanamo and end torture. He has many other excellent detailed plans -- 80 pages of them.

Edwards has worked for the economic betterment and for medical and product liability safety all of his adult life. He has also worked for a number of poverty projects in his home state and elsewhere. Edwards has years of skill in negotiating with tough negotiating partners. Edwards is flexible.

Edwards is endorsed by California SEIU, Friends of the Earth and a group of outstanding economists among others. I also endorse Edwards based on a careful review of the candidates.

16. I'm waiting for that source. You really should provide it you know.
Or risk looking something less than forthright, kinda like that thing about the 100 Present Votes that someone pulled on your candidate don't you know . . . .

7. If you want soundbites, check out the Republicans
Our candidates have substance. You need a concentration span that is a little longer than a soundbite. Take the time to check out Edwards' website.
He has short articles on all the issues. You can choose what interests you.

12. Strengthen local media ownership . . .
strengthen local and national media ownership and concentration limits so that a few huge multinational corporations are not in charge of shaping our democracy

in a Green way , rather like a green WPA. People will have jobs, money will be made and spent. and our crumbling roads and bridges and sewers etc. will be rebuilt!
