Obama's autobiography is being sold in Florida bookstores - is this a violation?

Since Obama apparently "violated" the rules by allowing a national ad on CNN to be broadcast in Florida, I'm just wondering if it's okay for his autobiography to be sold in Florida bookstores. Not only that, but I've seen it displayed rather prominently in several. Now, as a good Democrat, I want to make sure that all of our candidates are playing by the rules. Should I contact Obama's campaign and ask that they remove all of his autobiographies from Florida stores until after the campaign?

Clearly these could remind people of Hillary or Obama.
