Sounds pretty clear to me, and the way I'm reading his facial expressions, Obama looked pissed. Maybe he didn't like Kennedy shaking Clinton's hand? I don't know. Clinton, btw, is not my favorite.

But all of them are my favorite when compared to the republicans. It's good to keep things in perspective. Plus keep in mind this happened at Bush's State of the Union address, which couldn't have been pleasant for any of them.
