Hillary refuses to shake Obama's hand when he announces potential run for president>>>
D'OH! From the NYT politics blog, Aug. 3, 2007:

The relationship began to change, according to several Democrats who are friendly to both senators, when Mr. Obama began musing aloud about a presidential bid. The day he opened his exploratory committee, several Senate observers said, he extended his hand and said hello on the Senate floor. She breezed by him, offering a cool stare.

9. Too bad that's all hearsay...
so and so told so and so, and so and so told so and so....according to several democrats.....several senate observers....calls for speculation.

Nothing like having photos to bolster your case....

Advantage; Hillary.

11. Clinton Snubs Obama In Greeting Ted Kennedy During State Of The Union
Edited on Tue Jan-29-08 05:59 AM by ursi
Another point of view!

After a day which saw Senator Ted Kennedy endorse Senator Barack Obama for president, you'd think Senator Clinton would take time to avoid playing games with Senator Obama.

Not so.

Instead of directly congratulating Senator Obama, Senator Clinton reaches over and calls only to Ted Kennedy as if Barack wasn't even there! Insulted, and forced to give space to Ted Kennedy so he could reach Senator Clinton's hand Barack turned.

18. The best way for the Obama supporters to put this to rest

is to say "that wasn't nice and I wish he hadn't done that" and move on. I don't see that happening. I see a lot of excuses.

When John Edwards took a potshot at Hillary for her emotional moment I didn't like it. I support Edwards but I didn't like that particular comment. I didn't excuse it, I didn't blame Hillary for something she may have said about Edwards at another time I accepted that John Edwards said something I didn't like and agree with.

Grow up people. Obama's action isn't defensible and it was childish. Just admit it and move on.
