Of Course Kerry can win, so stop saying that...
Any of our Dems. could...

This was/is about Bush... it's a referendum on Bush...

Kerry will win as long as he doesn't become the issue... the issue is Bush.

His campaign must not bog down into wonky policy, or diversionary issues... the issue is Bush.

What Bush has done to the economy
What Bush has done to destroy the security of everyday Americans
What Bush has done to the world

And What Bush will do to America if he gets 4 more years...

After that an even bigger spectre rises from the darkness... JEBtm.

Can you take 16 solid years of BUSHinc.

It's time to get behind the nominee folks!

1. Kerry needs to point out that they are from the same background
"but I don't wear a cowboy hat or move to ranch in Texas to make you think I am something I am not"

A second term (this one more unencumbered than even the first) will be disastrous.

I may post this several times today - If you think that you are even going to get a seat at the table in a second Bush term you are more delusional than you appear.

It's that important.

5. Of course it is and it could be the end of the neo-cons
We have heard at least some rumbling from the old school Republicans (yesterday's gun votes showed this) that they don't like the way the neo-con crowd conducts business. I disagree with the planks of the Republican party but there used to be at least a place where there was give and take and compromise. What we have seen so far in 3 years of W&Co. will pale in comparison to what we will see in a second term. I think a lot of old school Republicans are not happy with W and of all things the Dems primary fights made it okay to criticise W again so we may see some calls to amend the neo-con agenda in favor of much more simple and direct rightist values.

BTW-Kerry needs to paint W as the radical.

3. Kerry's gonna win
It's the economy, stupid, and the economy sucks. Mr. Ed could probably win against Bush.

4. It is shaping up to be a campaign based on subtle class war
Maybe not so subtle? It is the haves against the have nots. And thanks to Bush's policies there are now a lot more have nots than haves. Get ready to rumble!
